01How to delete your account

1. 1Open the Leffah app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. 2Go to the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. 3Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the Profile screen.
4. 4Read the warning and confirm. Deletion starts as soon as you confirm.

02What gets deleted

• Your profile. Name, email address, phone number and saved delivery addresses.
• Your preferences. Saved payment methods, favourites, dietary and allergy notes, and marketing preferences.
• Your history. Past orders linked to your account, and any loyalty points or rewards balance.

03Before you delete

• It's permanent. Deletion can't be undone — a deleted account and its data can't be recovered.
• Rewards are lost. Any unused rewards or credit are forfeited.
• Orders in progress. If you have an order on its way, wait until it's delivered before deleting your account.

04What we keep

• Limited transaction and invoice records, where Saudi tax and commercial regulations require us to keep them.
• These records are kept only for that purpose — never to contact you or for marketing.
